Louise has worked in the Information Technology arena for over 25 years, she worked on the IT security projects for major retail and investment banks on online banking platforms and worked on a number of eCommerce systems specialising in key aspects of systems security, human and social aspects of secure systems access for a leading UK investment bank. Louise was Head of IT in a London Local Authority and as a Head of IT in an NHS Trust. Louise is passionate about international perspectives on Women in Technology, Gender balance and Equality initiatives.
